Can I return a product purchased online from?
You can return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: intact, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with all original tags and labels attached.

When will my replacement order be shipped?
Your replacement order will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the new shipment has been handed over to the courier.
Can I cancel or amend an order?
As soon as you confirm your online purchase, we begin preparing your order in order to meet our delivery times.
If you wish to cancel an item from your order, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team; we will be happy to check whether cancellation is still possible.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For international orders, any applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and added to the order total.
For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, all customs duties and taxes are already included in the product prices displayed on the website.
In all cases, no additional charges will be due upon delivery or during customs clearance.
