Delivery times
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:
- Italy: 1-2 business days for main destinations / 2-3 business days for remote destinations
- Europe – European Union: 1-2 working days for main destinations / 2-3 working days for remote destinations
- Europe – Non-European Union : 1-3 working days for main destinations / 3-4 working days for remote destinations.
- Rest of the world – Express Shipping: 2-4 business days for major destinations / 3-4 business days for remote destinations.
All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
Valstar is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or force majeure.
